By accessing or using the PopDog game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our game.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the game will be considered acceptance of the modified terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and personally use the PopDog game. This license does not permit you to:

• Transfer the game to another person or "mirror" it on any other server

This license will automatically terminate upon termination by you or us. Upon license termination, you must stop using the game and destroy any downloaded materials you may have.

The PopDog game is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the game will run error-free or that game servers will be free from malicious software.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

When using the PopDog game, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the game for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Distribute viruses or other malicious code
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the security features of the game
• Use automated programs, bots, or other means to interfere with the normal operation of the game

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the game when violations of these terms are discovered.

The PopDog game and all its content, features, and characteristics (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are our property and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the game without our express permission.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action relating to these terms shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
